§ 10.08.070. Permitee to obey road commissioner rules and orders.

Every permittee shall obey and comply with every order, decision, direction or rule of the road commissioner in the matters specified in the permit, or other matter relating to the permitted use of a county road, and shall do everything necessary to secure compliance therewith by officers, agents and employees of the permittee.
