§ 10.08.100. Hold harmless agreement.

On each application the applicant or his or her agent shall sign a statement that the applicant agrees to preserve and save harmless the county, its officers, and employees, from any liability or responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to persons or property happening or occurring as the proximate result of his or her activities pursuant to the permit applied for, including wrongful or accidental death.
