§ 10.16.100. Fifty-five miles per hour.
The prima facie speed limit is fifty-five (55) miles per hour:

On Sierra Avenue between the centerline of Armstrong Road and the city of Fontana limits, a total distance of approximately 1.10 miles, in the Sunnyslope area;
2.
On Van Buren Boulevard between a point one thousand five hundred (1,500) feet west of Barton Road to a point three hundred thirty-eight (338) feet east of the centerline of I-215, a total distance of approximately 2.61 miles, and between the city limits of Riverside and Washington Street, a total distance of approximately 2.7 miles, in the Woodcrest area;
3.
On the southerly half of Frank Sinatra Drive, in the Palm Desert area, between the centerline of Monterey Avenue (city limit boundaries of Rancho Mirage) and seven hundred (700) feet west of the centerline of Portola Avenue (city limit boundaries of Palm Desert), a total distance of approximately 1.0 mile;

On Portola Avenue between the centerline of Country Club Drive and a point one thousand five hundred (1,500) feet northerly, a total distance of approximately 0.28 mile, in the Palm Desert area;
