§ 10.20.030. Violation—Removal of vehicle—Opportunity for post-storage hearing.

A.

Any vehicle parked or left standing on any county highway in violation of Section 10.20.020 of this chapter shall be subject to removal and placed in a storage facility pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of Sections 22651 and 22850 of the California Vehicle Code.

B.

Whenever a vehicle is removed from a county highway pursuant to subsection A of this section, the vehicle's registered and legal owners of record, or their agents, shall be provided with an opportunity for a post-storage hearing to determine the authority for, and the validity of, the removal and storage of such vehicle pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of Sections 22650 and 22852 of the California Vehicle Code.
