§ 10.20.070. Trucks and trailers.

A.

No person shall park or leave standing any truck, trailer, or semi-trailer used primarily for hauling manure, garbage, livestock, poultry or other product giving off a noxious or unpleasant odor, upon, or in a county highway or other property adjacent to, or within two hundred (200) feet from, any premises zoned primarily for residential occupancy and in use for that purpose, except in an emergency or when necessary for the purpose of loading or unloading such vehicle.

B.

The director of transportation shall place signs to give notice of any regulation as provided for in subsection A of this section.
