§ 10.28.130. Removal of vehicles.

In addition to the penalties described in section 10.28.120 of this chapter, a vehicle may be removed to the nearest public garage under the circumstances described in Section 22658 of the Vehicle Code. In the event a vehicle is removed, the notices required by Sections 22852 and 22853 of the Vehicle Code shall be given.
