§ 10.40.040. Administrative responsibility.

The director of the transportation and land management agency shall be responsible for the administration of the signal mitigation program. Detailed administrative responsibility and additional program procedures shall be described in a resolution of the board of supervisors, which document shall supplement this chapter. Specific details of the program shall be prepared as a document of the transportation and land management agency.
