 Article 1. Drainage Fees

  § 16.36.080. Calculation of fees and administration.

  • Area drainage plans shall be administered, and drainage fees shall be calculated in accordance with the "Rules and Regulations for Administration of Area Drainage Plans" adopted by resolution of the board of supervisors. The drainage fees for adopted area drainage plans (ADP) shall be as follows:

    A. Day Creek ADP $ 9,262.00 per acre.
    B. Sunnymead ADP 6,133.00 per acre.
    C. Southwest Riverside ADP 4,147.00 per acre.
    D. Moreno ADP $ 6,715.00 per acre.
    E. Lakeview-Nuevo ADP 2,093.00 per acre.
    F. Reche Canyon ADP 7,354.00 per acre.
    G. Hemet Regional ADP 5,134.00 per acre.
    H. San Jacinto Regional ADP 5,402.00 per acre.
    I. Perris Valley ADP 8,875.00 per acre.
    J. Murrieta Creek ADP
      1. Wildomar Sub-Watershed 4,952.00 per acre.
      2. Murrieta Valley Sub-Watershed 3,985.00 per acre.
