Chapter 1.08. SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICTS* |
§ 1.08.010. Supervisorial District No. 1.
Supervisorial District No. 1 shall consist of territory in the County of Riverside included within the following described boundaries:
1.
Beginning at the West one-quarter corner of Section 16, T2S, R4W, SBM;
2.
Thence East along the West-East center Section lines of Sections 16 and 15 to a point of intersection with the centerline of Pigeon Pass Road;
3.
Thence Southeasterly along the centerline of Pigeon Pass Rd. to a point of intersection with the Northerly city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley as it exists today;
4.
Thence Southeasterly, Westerly, Southerly, Westerly, and Southerly along the city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley to a point 119.25 feet southerly of, as measured along the West line of Section 3, T3S, R4W, from the Northwest corner of said Section 3 also being the Northeasterly point common to the City of Moreno Valley and the City of Riverside as it exists today;

Thence Southeasterly, Southerly, Westerly, and Southerly along said city boundary of the City of Riverside as it exists today to the Southeasterly point common to the City of Riverside and the City of Moreno Valley as it exists today said point being the intersection of the centerline of Alessandro Boulevard with the Westerly right of way line of Old 215 Frontage Road;

Thence Southeasterly along the Westerly right of way line of Old 215 Frontage Road also being the Westerly city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley to a point of intersection with the centerline of Cactus Avenue;
7.
Thence Westerly along the centerline of Cactus Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Interstate 215;
8.
Thence Southerly along the centerline of Interstate 215 to a point of intersection with the centerline of Van Buren Boulevard;
9.
Thence Easterly along the centerline of Van Buren Boulevard to a point of intersection with the Easterly right of way line of Interstate 215;
10.
Thence Southeasterly along said Easterly right of way line of Interstate 215 to a point of intersection with the Northerly city boundary line of the City of Perris;
11.
Thence southeasterly along Westerly city boundary line of the City of Perris to a point of intersection with the centerline of Nuevo Road, also being the South line of Section 19, T4S, R3W;
12.
Thence West along said South line of Section 19 and the South line of Section 24, T4S, R3W, also being the centerline of Nuevo Road to the Southeast corner of the Southwest one- quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 24, T4S, R4W;
13.
Thence North to the Northeast corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section 24;
14.
Thence West to the Northwest corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section 24;
15.
Thence North to the Center one-quarter corner of said Section 24;
16.
Thence West to the West one-quarter corner of said Section 24, said corner being an angle point in the Westerly boundary line of the City of Perris as it exists today;
17.
Thence Southerly along the Westerly city boundary line of the City of Perris as it exists today to the Northwest corner of Section 25, T5S, R4W, said corner being the point common to the City of Canyon Lake, the City of Menifee, and the City of Perris as it exists today;
18.
Thence Southerly, Easterly, and Southerly along the boundary line common to the City of Canyon Lake and the City of Menifee to the Southwest corner of Section 6, T6S, R3W, said corner being the point common to the City of Lake Elsinore, the City of Menifee, and the City of Canyon Lake as it exists today;
19.
Thence Easterly and Southerly along the boundary line common to the City of Lake Elsinore and the City of Menifee as it exists today to the Southwest corner of Section 8, T6S, R3W, said corner being the point common to the City of Wildomar, the City of Menifee, and the City of Lake Elsinore;
20.
Thence Southerly, Easterly and Southerly along the city boundary line of the City of Wildomar as it exists today to the Southwest corner of Section 28, T6S, R3W being the Northwesterly point common to the City of Murrieta and the City of Wildomar;
21.
Thence Southerly, Southwesterly, Northwesterly, Southwesterly and Southeasterly along the city boundary line of the City of Murrieta as it exists today to the intersection of the centerline of Cherry Street with the boundary line of Rancho Temecula being the southwesterly point common to the City of Temecula and the City of Murrieta;
22.
Thence Southeasterly, Southwesterly, Southerly, Easterly, Southerly, Westerly and Southerly along the city boundary of the City of Temecula as it exists today to a point of intersection with the Southerly boundary of the County of Riverside;
23.
Thence Westerly and Northerly along the Southerly and Westerly boundary of the County of Riverside to a point of intersection with the centerline of Bedford Canyon Road;
24.
Thence Northeasterly along said centerline to a point of intersection with the Westerly boundary line of Tract 30241 as shown by map on file in Book 410, Pages 27 through 30, inclusive, of Maps, records of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
25.
Thence Northerly along said Westerly boundary line of Tract 30241 to the North line of Section 29, T4S, R6W also being a point on the Southerly city boundary line of the City of Corona as it exists today;
26.
Thence Easterly, Northerly, Easterly, Southerly, Easterly and Northerly along said city boundary of the City of Corona to a point of intersection with the West line of Section 15, T4S, R6W;
27.
Thence Northerly along the West lines of Sections 15 and 10, T4S, R6W, to a point of intersection with the city boundary of the City of Corona;
28.
Thence Easterly and Northerly along said city boundary of the City of Corona to a point of intersection with the North line of Section 34, T3S, R6W;
29.
Thence West along said North line, also being the Northerly city boundary of the City of Corona to the Southwest corner of Parcel 2 as shown by Map on file in Book 103, Pages 1 through 5, inclusive, of Parcel Maps, records of the Recorder of Riverside County, California;
30.
Thence Northerly along the Westerly lines of Parcels 1 and 2 of said Parcel Map to a point of intersection with the centerline of Indiana Avenue;
31.
Thence Southwesterly along said centerline of Indiana Avenue to a point of intersection with the Westerly city boundary line of the City of Riverside;
32.
Thence Northerly along said Westerly city boundary of the City of Riverside as it exists today, through all it [its] various courses to a point of intersection with the centerline of Arlington Avenue;
33.
Thence Easterly along said centerline of Arlington Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Adams Street;
34.
Thence Southeasterly along said centerline of Adams Street to a point of intersection with the centerline of State Highway 91;
35.
Thence Northeasterly along said centerline of State Highway 91 and the centerline of Interstate 215 to a point of intersection with the centerline of Columbia Avenue;
36.
Thence Easterly along the centerline of Columbia Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Northgate Street;
37.
Thence Southerly along the centerline of Northgate Street to a point of intersection with the centerline of Marlborough Avenue;
38.
Thence Easterly along the centerline of Marlborough Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Gage Canal;
39.
Thence Southwesterly along the centerline of Gage Canal to a point of intersection with the city boundary line of the City of Riverside;
40.
Thence Northeasterly and Southerly along the city boundary line of the City of Riverside to the Point of Beginning.
