§ 2.04.010. Meetings.

Pursuant to California Government Code section 25081, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, shall hold regular meetings at the County Administrative Center, 4080 Lemon Street, Riverside, California, as follows:

At 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday of each week, except as specified in paragraph C. of this Ordinance.

Unless otherwise provided in the agenda, closed session matters are to be conducted at the end of the public agenda, but may be taken out of order at the discretion of the board of supervisors.

C.

Board Meetings will not be held on Tuesday's that immediately follow Monday holidays. The board retains the discretion to hold a Tuesday meeting following a holiday weekend should such a meeting be required to conduct county business.

Any regular meeting specified by Section A. hereof may be dispensed with by order of the board of supervisors made at any preceding regular meeting or at the discretion of the chairman. The board may adjourn any regular meeting to a day and time certain, which may be either before or after the date for the next meeting of said board.

The business of the board shall be scheduled in accordance with orders, policies or resolutions of said board adopted from time to time or as required by law.
