§ 2.100.030. Authority.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to Article XI, Section 7 of the California Constitution and the California Emergency Services Act, Government Code Sections 8550, et seq. (the "act") which authorizes the counties to adopt ordinances to establish procedures for the general welfare, safety and protection of the people of a county and to ensure that preparations of a county are adequate to deal with any emergencies.
