§ 2.112.130. Advisory committee membership.

The county in-home supportive services advisory committee shall consist of no more than eleven (11) members. The membership shall consist of:

A.

Six residents of the county who are current or former recipients of in-home supportive services;

B.

One member of the county office on aging advisory committee;

C.

Two residents of the county who are current or former providers of in-home supportive services;

D.

One county resident representing organizations in the county that advocate for people with disabilities;

E.

The director of the department of public social services, or a designee.
