§ 2.112.190. Termination.

A.

Termination of the IHSS PA. By repeal of this chapter, the board of supervisors may abolish the IHSS PA.

B.

Distribution of Assets upon Termination. Upon repeal of this chapter and after resolution of all debts, liabilities and obligations, all property, both real and personal, of the IHSS PA shall be automatically transferred to the county.
