Notwithstanding the above, for ninety (90) days following the effective date of this
chapter [July 14, 2011], not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days from the date
this ordinance was adopted, shall allow for an initial phase-in period whereby enforcement
of this chapter shall be stayed and only verbal warnings will be given to a person
found in violation of this chapter. On the ninety-first (91
st
) day following the effective date, the initial phase-in period will expire, unless
additional time has been ordered by the board.
