§ 2.20.060. Notice of hearing.

A county hearing officer shall deliver or mail a notice of hearing to all the parties at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing. To the extent that specific state laws or local ordinances set forth additional notice provisions, a county hearing officer shall also comply with such provisions.
