§ 2.20.180. State Hearing Officer.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 27727, the county may contract with the Office of Administrative Hearings of the state of California for the purpose of securing an Administrative Law Judge or a State Hearing Officer to conduct proceedings pursuant to and in accordance with this chapter.
