§ 2.44.010. Designated.

The juvenile justice commission of the county is designated to serve ex officio as the delinquency prevention commission of the county. Membership on the juvenile justice commission shall automatically result in membership on the delinquency prevention commission. The delinquency prevention commission shall have the powers and perform the functions specified in Section 233 of the Welfare and Institutions Code and other provisions of law.
