§ 2.48.060. Terms.

A.

Commission members shall serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors. Commission members who are appointed by the board of supervisors shall serve a term of office for three years, absent removal by the board of supervisors. No commission member appointed by the board of supervisors may serve more than two consecutive terms (term limit).

B.

After a commission member has served two consecutive terms, the member may be reappointed by the board of supervisors two years following the last day of the end of a term limit.
