§ 2.52.020. Director of communications.

    The head of the department shall be a director of communications who shall be appointed by and shall hold office at the pleasure of the board of supervisors, who shall appoint such other employees as may be provided for by the board of supervisors, such employees to hold office at his or her pleasure.

    B.

    The director of communications shall have jurisdiction over all radio and other communications facilities owned or operated by or under the control of the county, including the installation, maintenance and operation thereof, over such facilities of other governmental agencies as may be determined by the board of supervisors, together with such other matters as may be assigned by the board of supervisors.
