§ 2.64.060. Management and exercise of powers.

The authority shall be managed under the provisions of Chapter 19 of Part 2 of Division 3 of Title 4 of the Government Code, commencing with Section 40500. Moreover, the authority may exercise the powers therein expressly granted or necessarily implied therefrom, and may perform all acts necessary to carry out fully the provisions of said chapter.
