§ 2.76.040. Method of appointment.

No person shall become a member of the forces until he or she is able to meet the requirements prescribed by the county probation officer. When so qualified and selected, he or she shall then be sworn in by the county probation officer or his or her representative, as member of the forces, and take the oath prescribed therefor.
