§ 2.84.010. Purpose and authority.

In accordance with Section 9314 of the Public Resources Code, the application for appointment as a director of a resource conservation district shall be the declaration of candidacy form prescribed in Elections Code Section 10511, as provided by the registrar of voters. Completed applications are to be filed with the registrar of voters by the applicable filing deadline date.
