§ 2.92.140. Award of contracts.

The Riverside purchasing agent is authorized to award informal contracts pursuant to this article. Upon request to, and approval of, the board, a designee or designees may be appointed to award contracts in lieu of, or in addition to, the authority vested in the director of purchasing and material services department pursuant to this article.
