§ 4.08.010. Short title and authority.

This chapter is known and may be cited as the Documentary Transfer Tax Ordinance of the County of Riverside. It is adopted pursuant to Part 6.7 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code and Part 0.5 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, commencing with section 60 of Division 1, with special reference to sections 64(c) and 64(d).
