§ 4.08.120. Refunds.

Claims for refund of the documentary transfer tax shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 5096) of Part 9 of Division 1 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code. All written claims for refund shall be verified under penalty of perjury.
