§ 4.36.010. Election to receive.

The county elects to receive a distribution from the total parimutuel wagers placed within the satellite wagering facility at the Riverside County National Date Festival Fair Grounds, 4th Supervisorial District, as provided for in the Business and Professions Code Section 19610.4. This election shall be deemed effective as of the date upon which the Riverside County fair elected to deduct an additional amount of 0.33 of one percent from the total parimutuel wagers placed within its satellite wagering facility.
