§ 4.56.080. Appeal process.

An applicant who disputes the fee may file a written notice of appeal with the executive committee of CVAG within ninety (90) days of imposition of the fee. The Executive Committee of CVAG must decide the appeal by majority vote and within sixty (60) days of the filing of the appeal.
