§ 4.56.100. Credit.

Where a development project is subject to the provisions of a development agreement entered into with the county pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 65864, et seq., the transportation uniform mitigation fee required to be paid pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be credited toward that portion of the transportation element of the public facilities fee required to be paid under any such development agreement.
