§ 4.58.040. Authority.

This chapter is established under the authority of Article 11, Section 7 of the California Constitution and Title 7, Division 1, Chapter 5 of the California Government Code, beginning with Section 66000 et seq., which provides that a local agency may establish fees for the purpose of defraying all or a portion of the cost of public facilities related to development projects.
