§ 4.58.100. Tolling.

County hereby agrees to the tolling, for a period of three years from the completion of the fiscal year in which monthly remittances are or should have been made under this chapter, or any statute of limitations for the commencement of legal action and any requirement for the prior submission of claims, as provided under state or local law, that is applicable to WRCOG's collection of TUMF program fees as required under the TUMF Administrative Plan.
