§ 4.60.150. Reduction for senior citizen's residential units.

The fees required pursuant to section 4.60.080 of this chapter shall be reduced by 33.3 percent of the applicable SFR fee amount for senior citizen's residential units and the applicable MF fee amount for recreational vehicle (RV) parks. Reduction will be applied upon review and approval of the project's eligibility for reduction. The applicant will be requested to submit documentation proving eligibility.
