§ 4.62.090. Imposition of fees.

Notwithstanding any provision of Ordinance No. 457 to the contrary, no building permit shall be issued for any residential unit or development project except upon the condition that the Western Riverside County Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan fee required by this chapter be paid.
