Chapter 4.88. ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM |
§ 4.88.040. Delegated authority.
The assistant county executive officer/EDA ("officer") is hereby authorized to approve and accept for the county the acquisition of any interest in real property providing all the following criteria are met:
A.
The real property interest is being acquired for the neighborhood stabilization program.
B.
The value of any real property interest acquired does not exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00).
C.
The acquisition documents have been approved by county counsel.
D.
The officer has posted, or caused to be posted, in a public place for five working days prior to approving the acquisition a notice of intention that he/she intends to execute acquisition documents.
E.
The acquisition documents have been made available for public review for five working days prior to approving the acquisition.
