§ 8.36.040. Interference with enforcement officer prohibited.

Any person who restrains, hinders, obstructs, or threatens the enforcement officer in the performance of that person's duties, or any person who interferes with any work done by, or under the direction of, the enforcement officer is guilty of a misdemeanor.
