§ 8.64.080. Permit fees.

The fee schedule for permits required pursuant to Section 8.64.040 shall be as established in Chapter 4.52.
A.

Penalties. Businesses that are delinquent in filing a business emergency plan, paying the permit fee or both, shall be subject to penalties as established under Chapter 4.52.

B.

Other Penalties Not Precluded. The imposition of, or payment of, a penalty imposed by Chapter 4.52 shall not preclude the imposition of any other penalty prescribed by this chapter or state law or the prosecution of any violation of this chapter or state law.
