§ 10.28.100. Other prohibited activities.

No county employee or any other person shall deposit, fasten or leave any handbill in or upon any vehicle located in a county parking facility, unless the occupant of such a vehicle is present and willing to accept the handbill. The board of supervisors has adopted this content neutral regulation to prevent the littering and traffic safety problems associated with handbill distribution in parking facilities.
