§ 1.08.050. Supervisorial District No. 5.

Supervisorial District No. 5 shall consist of territory in the County of Riverside included within the following described boundaries:

1.

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 11, T2S, R4W, SBM, said corner being on the North boundary line of the County of Riverside;

2.

Thence Westerly along said North boundary to a point of intersection with the centerline of Pope Kirolos Avenue;

3.

Thence Southerly along the centerline of Pope Kirolos Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Center Street;

4.

Thence Easterly along the centerline of Center Street to a point of intersection with the East line of Section 10, T2S, R4W, SBM.;

5.

Thence South along said East line to the Southeast corner of said Section 10;

6.

Thence West along the South line of said Section 10 to a point of intersection with the centerline of Pigeon Pass Road;

7.

Thence Southeasterly along the centerline of Pigeon Pass Rd. to a point of intersection with the Northerly city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley as it exists today;

8.

Thence Westerly, Southerly, Westerly, and Southerly along the city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley to a point 119.25 feet southerly of, as measured along the West line of Section 3, T3S, R4W, from the Northwest corner of said Section 3 also being the Northeasterly point common to the City of Moreno Valley and the City of Riverside as it exists today;

Thence Southeasterly, Southerly, Westerly, and Southerly along said city boundary of the City of Riverside as it exists today to the Southeasterly point common to the City of Riverside and the City of Moreno Valley as it exists today, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Alessandro Boulevard with the Westerly right of way line of Old 215 Frontage Road;

Thence Southeasterly along the Westerly right of way line of Old 215 Frontage Road also being the Westerly city boundary line of the City of Moreno Valley to a point of intersection with the centerline of Cactus Avenue;

Thence Westerly along the centerline of Cactus Avenue to a point of intersection with the centerline of Interstate 215;

Thence Southerly along the centerline of Interstate 215 to a point of intersection with the centerline of Van Buren Boulevard;

Thence Easterly along the centerline of Van Buren Boulevard to a point of intersection with the Easterly right of way line of Interstate 215;

Thence Southeasterly along said Easterly right of way line of Interstate 215 to a point of intersection with the Northerly city boundary line of the City of Perris;

Thence southeasterly along Westerly city boundary line of the City of Perris to a point of intersection with the centerline of Nuevo Road, also being the South line of Section 19, T4S, R3W;

Thence West along said South line of Section 19 and the South line of Section 24, T4S, R3W, also being the centerline of Nuevo Road to the Southeast corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 24, T4S, R4W;

Thence North to the Northeast corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section 24;

Thence West to the Northwest corner of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section 24;

Thence North to the Center one-quarter corner of said Section 24;

Thence West to the West one-quarter corner of said Section 24, said corner being an angle point in the Westerly boundary line of the City of Perris as it exists today;

Thence Southerly along the Westerly city boundary line of the City of Perris as it exists today to the Northwest corner of Section 25, T5S, R4W, said corner being the point common to the City of Canyon Lake, the City of Menifee, and the City of Perris as it exists today;

Thence Southerly, Easterly, and Southerly along the boundary line common to the City of Canyon Lake and the City of Menifee to the Southwest corner of Section 6, T6S, R3W, said corner being the point common to the City of Lake Elsinore, the City of Menifee, and the City of Canyon Lake as it exists today;

Thence Easterly and Southerly along the boundary line common to the City of Lake Elsinore and the City of Menifee to the Southwest corner of Section 8, T6S, R3W, said corner being the point common to the City of Wildomar, the City of Menifee, and the City of Lake Elsinore;

Thence Southerly and Easterly along the city boundary line of the City of Menifee to the Southwest corner of Section 21, T6S, R3W, SBM;

Thence Easterly and Northerly continuing along the boundary line of the City of Menifee to the Northwest corner of Section 7, T5S, R2W, SBM, said corner being the Northeasterly corner of said City of Menifee;

Thence East along section lines to the Southeast corner of Section 3, T5S, R2W;

Thence North along the East line of said Section 3 to a point of intersection with the South line of Section 35, T4S, R2W;
