§ 2.104.020. Trial jurors.

The fee for trial jurors in the superior, municipal and justice courts the county, in civil and criminal cases, is five dollars ($5.00), in lawful money of the United States, for each day's attendance as a juror. All trial jurors shall be reimbursed for the expense of traveling from their residence to the place where court is to be held at the rate of fifteen cents ($0.15) per mile; provided, however, that this reimbursement shall be made only for each day the juror is required to, and actually does, attend court.
