§ 2.104.030. Grand jurors.

The fees for each day's attendance as a grand juror shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) per half day (four hours or less) or twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day (more than four hours). A grand juror shall be reimbursed for the expense of traveling from their residence to and from the place where the session is held at the rate consistent with that allowed per mile for county employees; grand jurors shall likewise be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenditures for meals and other items. This reimbursement shall only be made for each day the grand juror is required to, and actually does, attend activities in the performance of duties as a grand juror.
