§ 4.04.020. Payment of claims for county expenses.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 29701 of the Government Code, the three-day waiting period for payment of claims shall not apply to payment of any claim by the auditor pursuant to the provisions of county Resolution No. 91-062, or any subsequent amendment thereto or succeeding resolution.
