§ 8.44.070. Issuance of food handler certificate.

When qualified pursuant to Section 8.44.060 of this chapter, the applicant shall be issued a food handler certificate containing the following information: certificate number, name, expiration date and attesting signature. Such certificate shall expire at the end of the month that occurs two (2) years after the date it was issued.
