§ 8.44.080. Duplicate food handler certificate.

Duplicate food handler certificates may be issued at any of the environmental health offices with valid photo identification and payment of appropriate fees as outlined in Ordinance 640. Duplicate certificates are also available with payment of the online fee at no additional cost.
