§ 8.64.100. Maintenance of records.

Records. All records required by this chapter shall be maintained by the business for a period of not less than three years following the expiration of the permit. Such records shall be made available to the DEH during normal working hours.

B.

Failure to Comply. Failure or refusal of the owner or operator of any business to maintain records as required by this section shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
