§ 8.64.110. Conflict with other laws.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, a hazardous materials handler regulated by any state or federal agency will be exempt from any conflicting provision of this chapter. Whenever any provision of this chapter conflicts with a provision in the California Fire Code as adopted by county, the more restrictive provision shall prevail.
